In 2011 Impact played a key role in launching W! – a cross company women’s leadership initiative. This was a result of a series of conversations we had with senior leaders at PWC, Credit Suisse, McKinsey, and Swiss Re. We got inspired to create a game changing initiative for women in the workplace in Switzerland. While there are numerous initiatives, networks, and talk about this topic, no one has cracked the code so far. We had the idea to put together a results and impact oriented coalition of companies to create a breakthrough for women in the workplace. This group will focus on women empowering themselves to create the change and for the group to learn and leverage from each other. A key element of this initiative is CEO support and commitment.
