Malvika Singh, Founder and Managing Partner<\/h3>\n

Malvika Singh is the founder and managing director of IMPACT, an international consulting and leadership development firm with offices in Switzerland and the U.S.A She has over twenty years of experience as a successful leader in a multicultural environment. She works with CEOs, senior executives, and teams in the areas of organization and leadership development, culture change initiatives, high-performance team development, innovation, and one-on-one coaching. Malvika has worked as a consultant in the chemicals, financial, hi-tech, re-insurance, pharmaceutical, beverages, not for profit, and educational sectors. Her work focuses on the creation of innovation by design, and she specializes in working with individuals and organizations to create breakthrough results.<\/p>\n

Malvika worked for over 10 years at Engelhard Corporation, a $4 billion, Fortune 500 company where she established and headed their European operations. Having worked and lived in North and South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia, she has a good understanding of what it takes to be successful in an international environment. Malvika is fluent in English, Italian and Hindi, and has some knowledge of German and Spanish.<\/p>\n

Malvika earned her B.S. in Chemical Engineering from The University of Pennsylvania, an M.B.A. in
\nFinance and International Business from New York University, and Organizational Gestalt Diploma from Metanoia Institute. She is a member of Harvard Kennedy School Women\u2019s Leadership Board (WLB), is a lecturer at the Lorange Institute of Business, and was formerly affiliated with Ashridge University and CCL. She resides in Zurich, Switzerland.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Gloria Harris, Partner<\/h3>\n

Glo is an organizational consultant, leadership advisor and coach whose career spans decades with individuals, families, teams and corporations. Her areas of expertise are interpersonal communication, conflict management, assertiveness training, team building, diversity awareness, and executive coaching . Educated as a psychotherapist, she brings psychological depth and business experience to executive coaching. She focuses on encouraging large systems and individual leaders to close the gap between what is and what could be. Her sensitivity, insight and wisdom help her quickly build trust with her clients and assist them in enhancing their performance.\u00a0 Glo was educated at Washington University in St. Louis, MO and holds an MSW and AB in history. She resides in the San Francisco Bay area with her husband, Monty Sher, a clinical psychologist.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Marty Pollock, Partner<\/h3>\n

Marty is an experienced\u00a0 executive, consultant and leadership coach.\u00a0 He serves clients globally on topics of leadership and professional development, executive coaching , professional presence and impact, senior team alignment , interpersonal and organizational communications.\u00a0 In 2007, after fifteen years at McKinsey & Company in various roles –\u00a0 Director of Professional Development for the Midwest\u00a0 and senior practice consultant on leadership and change management\u00a0 issues, he left to pursue his passion for working with leaders and serves as the Founder\/Managing Director of The WIT Group. Prior to McKinsey, he spent over a decade at Ameritrust bank before its merger with Society, now Key Bank. He lives in Shaker Heights, Ohio with his wife, Susan, an internist, and three daughters.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
